Turn off the wifi on your phone so the phone is in 3G/4G mode.
Press and hold the white reset button for around 10 to 12 seconds until the lights are flashing red.
Open the Frank Olsen app, click on the "+" in the top right hand corner.
Tap "Auto Scan" then tap "Start scanning" at the bottom of the screen.
The device should then pick up the lights and once they are paired with your phone you will be able to change the colours, scenes and brightness. You can now switch your wifi back on and the lights should then operate with no problem.
