RETURNS – TROUBLE SHOOTING

 

ALL MUST GO THROUGH SUPPORT SYSTEM

 

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FROM THE RETAILERS BELOW:

NEXT  /  FURNISH

NOTE:  BUILT products cannot be returned unless manufacture fault.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR INCORRECT OR UNWANTED PRODUCTS FROM ANY OTHER RETAILER  APART FROM THE ABOVE WITHOUT AGREEMENT FROM LYNSEY

 

Procedure –

No returns can not be collected without receipt of images to confirm the boxes are correctly packed to collect :  NOTE – This is a SAFETY requirement  for carriers.

 

NOTE: The returns form must be completed – with images attached where possible.

 

RETURNS will be checked on receipt at the warehouse to ensure they are received in good condition before confirm credit to retailer.

 

We can’t resolve anything without fully understanding the problem.

Step 1 :    Call the customer to discuss and ask for clear images to explain the problem.

Step 2:  If you are unable to resolve it – escalate it to Lynsey but confirm to customer it has been done and we will reply asap.
