If a customer says the back panel or side panel isn’t fitting flush like it’s not square or back board isn’t sitting deep enough in the slot, the problem may be that the small plastic black clip in the joint has moved or come out a bit as shown in the image below. It can easily be pushed back in and then all should fit soundly.
