TROUBLE SHOOTING – SETTING UP THE DOORS

  1. Screw in the hinges to both door and cabinet – do not over tighten screws.

  1. Start with the VERTICAL positioning. Loosen rear screws on hinge and gently move the door in or out slightly starting with one hinge and then the other. Ensure that when closed, the door is parallel to the side panel along the full length.

If this is not even, it will make it hard to set the doors up inline properly.

  1. On the HORIZONTAL positioning, the aim is to get an even gap along the top. Simply adjust the first hinge screw to move the door in either direction to line it up. Do this with both hinges.

Once lined up, ensure the hinge screws are tightened.
