If a customer wants to lock the wheels on their unit, particularly if it is on a tiled or wooden floor to stop it potentially moving, we can send out some non slip pads which can be wedged in to stop the movement. Alternatively, the could look at purchasing castor cups that the wheels would sit in, these are available from DIY/hardware stores and also online via Amazon, Ebay etc.
