Offering discounts:

A consumer may contact us regarding a small issue they have with our furniture i.e. a slight scratch on the paint finish or a small crack etc.  

The customer must contact the retailer they purchased the item from to discuss this. The retailer will then liaise with ourselves. 

Any discount must be agreed with the retailer and credited accordingly, and this applies to all retailers apart from orders via Furnish.co.uk. This is due to Furnish being a direct sales marketplace. 

Those customers who are willing to keep the product in an imperfect condition but request a discount may be granted a maximum of 20% discount off trade price. Should the customer have received parts to remedy said issues, we can grant a discount of 10%. 

Discount will only be awarded once the customer has the complete item in their possession and they are happy with the item. 

NO refunds for B grade products, we will only offer like for like replacement parts.
